The OATEY COMPANY 35515 is a high-temperature furnace and stove cement supplied in a 0.5-gallon container. It is formulated to seal and repair refractory surfaces in combustion and heat-transfer systems, including boilers, furnaces, fireboxes, flue pipes, stoves, ducts, kilns, chimneys, and combustion chambers. The patented formula meets OSHA requirements for crystalline silica content, holding to less than 0.1% crystalline silica by composition. It applies smoothly, bonds to most building materials, and resists shrinking, cracking, and crumbling after cure. Licensed HVAC technicians, heating contractors, and chimney professionals are the primary installers.
This cement is suited for residential and light-commercial heating applications involving oil, gas, coal, and wood-burning systems. It is appropriate wherever refractory sealing or repair is required along the combustion path, including joints and seams on flue pipes, firebox panels, chimney liner sections, and stove door gasket channels. It adheres to masonry, metal, and most other common building substrates found in heating equipment enclosures.

Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician, heating contractor, or chimney professional.
