The OATEY COMPANY 14052 is a Master Flash roof flashing designed to seal pipe penetrations through roofing surfaces. It slides over the pipe and uses silicone sealant between the base and the roof surface to form a watertight seal. The EPDM collar is non-fading and rated for continuous heat exposure up to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both low- and high-temperature environments. The base secures easily to the roof deck using sheet screws and molds to metal, plastic, and similar pipe materials. The unit is IAPMO and UPC listed. Plumbers, roofers, and HVAC technicians install this flashing when running pipe or vent stacks through sloped roof assemblies.
This flashing is engineered for pitched roofs up to 40 degrees and is used in residential and light commercial applications wherever a pipe or conduit passes through a roofline. Typical install scenarios include plumbing vent stacks, HVAC flue pipes, and conduit penetrations. The slide-over design eliminates the need for complex field fabrication, and the flexible EPDM collar conforms to round pipe profiles made from a variety of materials.
Designed as an OEM-style roof flashing for pitched roof assemblies up to 40 degrees, compatible with round pipe penetrations in metal, plastic, and similar materials.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, roofers, or HVAC technicians. Apply a compatible silicone sealant between the flashing base and the roof surface before fastening with sheet screws to ensure a watertight seal. Follow local building codes and manufacturer sealant requirements for exterior roofing applications. Do not exceed the 40-degree pitch rating or the 200 degrees F continuous heat rating of the EPDM collar.
