Oatey 31019 is a fast set PVC pipe cement in a 16 oz container. This clear cement is designed for use with all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to six inches in diameter with an interference fit. It is suitable for both hot and cold water systems up to two hundred degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for residential and commercial applications.
