The OATEY 30891 Rain-R-Shine is a very fast-setting "Hot" Blue cement formulated for wet conditions, quick pressurization, and fast installation. This medium-bodied blue cement is for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 6 In. diameter with interference fit. Recommended for pool, irrigation, potable water, pressure pipe, conduit and DWV.
