Product Description
The OATEY 30014 is a petroleum-based paste flux designed to provide superior wetting properties for better solder flow. Suitable for use with most soft solders, this 8-ounce flux is 100% lead-free and safe for use in potable water applications. It cleans and fluxes most commonly soldered metals including copper, brass, zinc, galvanized iron, lead and tin or copper-coated metals.
- Effective on all metals, except aluminum and stainless steel
- Compatible with common plumbing solder alloys
- Will not turn copper piping green
