The Oatey No-Calk 11911 is a four-inch thermoplastic roof flashing designed to create a watertight seal for roof penetrations around plumbing vent pipes. This product features a self-sealing collar that slides over the pipe, eliminating the need for caulking. It is not suitable for pitch types exceeding forty-five degrees, nor is it intended for use with hot-mopped or built-up roofs.
