The NVENT E19SWM12U24 is a 12U swing-out wall mount open frame rack designed to house standard 19-inch rack equipment in space-constrained environments. Constructed from heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel with a low-gloss polyester powder-painted finish in black, this unit delivers a durable, corrosion-resistant enclosure solution rated to UL 1863 and compliant with EIA 310-D. The swing-out design allows front and rear access to mounted equipment without removing the unit from the wall. It is intended for installation by licensed electricians or structured-cabling technicians in commercial and light-industrial facilities.
This wall mount rack is suited for telecommunication rooms, intermediate distribution frames, building automation installations, and any application requiring organized 19-inch rack equipment mounting. The universal hole pattern accommodates a wide range of patch panels, switches, and other rack-mount hardware. At 20.91 inches wide and 24.29 inches deep with a rack height of 27.8 inches, it fits into wall-mounted applications where floor space is not available. Spring-loaded pivot pins support either left- or right-hand hinging, making it adaptable to varied room layouts.
Designed to accommodate all standard 19-inch rack equipment in telecommunication room, intermediate distribution frame, and building automation applications following EIA 310-D universal hole pattern standards.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or structured-cabling technician familiar with local building and electrical codes. Power down all active equipment before mounting or servicing hardware in the rack. Ensure the wall structure can support the combined weight of the rack and installed equipment before fastening. Verify bonding and grounding connections at the double lug ground holes comply with applicable local codes.
