The NVENT CADDY 2BR12 is a screw bridle ring designed to support and route electrical conduit, cable, and pipe in commercial and residential construction applications. The ring mounts via a threaded screw shank, allowing it to be driven directly into wood framing, joists, or other structural members without the need for a separate fastener. With a 0.75-inch interior diameter, this bridle ring accommodates standard trade sizes of conduit, tubing, and bundled cable runs. It is a single-unit hardware item sold individually and is a common component in electrical rough-in and low-voltage cable management work.
This bridle ring is used wherever conduit or cable must be supported at regular intervals along a run. Typical applications include securing EMT, flexible conduit, or multi-cable bundles to wood-framed ceilings, walls, and floor joists in both residential and light commercial construction. Electricians and low-voltage installers use it during rough-in to maintain code-compliant support spacing along horizontal and vertical cable runs.
Designed as an OEM-style support fitting for use with standard 0.75-inch trade-size conduit, tubing, and bundled cable runs in wood-framed construction.
Installed by licensed electricians or low-voltage technicians during rough-in framing stages. De-energize all circuits in the work area before securing conduit or cable runs. Drive the screw shank into solid wood framing or blocking using a drill or screwdriver; avoid installation into engineered lumber without confirming structural requirements with the project engineer. Support spacing should comply with NEC Article 300 requirements for the conduit or cable type being supported.
