Nsi Industries IPCS7501 is an insulation-piercing connector designed for tapping or splicing power conductors, accepting main conductors from 750 MCM to 3/0 AWG and tap conductors from 14 to 10 AWG. The connector is fully insulated for installation on energized conductors without stripping, is constructed of fiber-reinforced thermal plastic, and is rated 600 V and 90 degrees C with UL 486B and ANSI C119.4 approvals.
Accepts 750 MCM to 3/0 AWG main conductors and 14 to 10 AWG tap conductors; rated 600 V.
Fully insulated insulation-piercing design permits installation on energized conductors without stripping; exclusive turbo spacer keeps tap open during tightening.
Fiber-reinforced thermal plastic construction with watertight rubber grommet sealing; current ratings 55 A (copper) and 40 A (aluminum); UL 486B listed, meets ANSI C119.4.
