The NSI INDUSTRIES 61-DC is a 1/2 inch EMT-to-EMT pull elbow used in electrical conduit systems where a 90-degree direction change is required without a full conduit body. It allows conductors to be pulled through a bend point in EMT runs, reducing stress on wire during installation. The fitting connects EMT conduit on both ends and is sized for 1/2 inch trade size conduit. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this fitting during rough-in and service work in commercial and residential applications.
This pull elbow is suited for use in standard EMT conduit runs where routing must change direction in tight spaces. It is commonly installed in exposed or concealed conduit systems in commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, and residential electrical work. The 1/2 inch size accommodates typical branch circuit wiring in EMT conduit runs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement fitting for use with 1/2 inch EMT conduit systems in standard electrical installations.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits in the affected conduit run before pulling wire through the fitting. Use appropriate conduit fittings and set-screw or compression connections as required by the conduit system. Do not exceed the conduit fill limits defined by NEC for the installed wire gauge and quantity.
