The NSI HWHS8-2-6 Easy-Splice™ Heat Shrink Tubing is a round, heavy-duty wall tubing made of polyolefin. This tubing is designed for 8 to 2 AWG wire with a voltage rating of 1000 VAC. It measures 6 inches in length, with an inner diameter of 0.55 inches when expanded and 0.17 inches when recovered, and is thermally stabilized to give the material elastic memory.

• Made of specially formulated polyolefin irradiated and thermally stabilized to give the material elastic memory
• Interior is coated with an adhesive that assures a watertight seal after shrinking
• RUS accepted for use as a secondary tap or splice cover, may be used for jacket repair on cables up to 35 kV
