It carries a 120 grit, fine grade and uses a resinoid bond to deliver consistent stock removal and surface finish on hardened ferrous materials, HSS tooling, and carbide-adjacent workpieces. The wheel measures 6 inches in diameter with a 1/2-inch overall thickness and a 1-1/4-inch arbor hole. CBN concentration is rated at 75, and the superabrasive layer depth is 1/8 inch. This wheel is built for both wet and dry operation, making it adaptable to a range of bench grinder and surface grinder setups used by tool and cutter grinders and machining professionals.
This wheel is suited for sharpening and reconditioning cutting tools, form grinding, and precision surface work on hardened steel components.
