The NORTON 66623340074 is a 2-inch non-woven quick-change abrasive disc from the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep series, designed for surface preparation, blending, and finishing on a wide range of metals. It uses a Type S Speed-Lok TS attachment system for fast, tool-free disc changes on compatible die grinders and handheld disc sanders. The disc is constructed with aluminum oxide abrasive grain bonded to a flexible polyester and nylon web backing. Clean Bond resin technology keeps the surface clear of smear and loading, while the high-loft nylon fiber construction extends working life. Rated to 30,000 RPM. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 50.

This disc is suited for light deburring, surface conditioning, and pre-weld or pre-coat preparation work in fabrication, maintenance, and repair environments. Installation Notes

Inspect the disc for damage before each use and replace if torn, delaminated, or worn through.
