The NORTON 66623335421 is a 1-inch diameter quick-change abrasive disc from the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep series, designed for surface conditioning, weld blending, and finishing work on a wide range of metals and composites. Built on a flexible nylon web backing with a Type S attaching system for TS (Type II) quick-change compatibility, this non-woven disc runs at up to 25000 RPM on handheld disc sanders. It combines vortex agglomerated aluminum oxide grain, high-loft nylon fiber, and a proprietary Clean Bond resin for consistent cut and extended disc life at medium grade (120 grit).

This disc is suited for light deburring, surface prep, and finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in fabrication, maintenance, and repair applications. Compatible materials include 300 and 400 series stainless steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, ductile iron, fiberglass and composites, gray iron, hard and soft carbon steels, super alloys, titanium, and tool steels.
