The NORTON 66623335326 is a 2-inch non-woven quick-change abrasive disc from the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep series, designed for use with Speed-Lok TR (Type R) attachment systems. It features vortex agglomerated aluminum oxide grain bonded to a high-loft nylon web backing using proprietary Clean Bond resin technology. Rated to 30,000 RPM, this disc is built for aggressive material removal, weld blending, and surface finishing on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is installed and used by fabricators, pipefitters, boilermakers, and maintenance technicians who need a fast-loading, durable abrasive for handheld disc sanders.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by pressing the Type R button-lock center into a compatible Speed-Lok TR mandrel until it seats and locks. Verify the disc is fully secured before powering the tool. Confirm tool RPM does not exceed the 30,000 RPM rating of the disc before use. Power down and disconnect or de-energize the tool before mounting or removing any abrasive disc.
