The NORTON 66261162333 is a quick-change coated abrasive disc designed for aggressive stock removal, weld blending, and deburring on metal surfaces. Built on the R980P series platform, it uses 100% ceramic alumina grain that continuously fractures during use, exposing sharper cutting edges throughout the disc life. The resin bond system holds grain firmly in place, while a self-lubricating grain treatment reduces heat buildup and supports faster cut rates. At 80 grit medium-coarse grade, this disc is suited for trades that need consistent, controlled material removal on stainless and carbon steel workpieces.

This disc is rated for use on 300 series and 400 series stainless steel and is compatible with handheld disc sanders equipped with a Speed-Lok TS (Type II) Type S attaching system. The rigid polyester Y-weight backing resists flex, keeping the disc flat and stable under pressure. The orange color coding and silver button help technicians quickly identify grit grade and attachment type on busy job sites. This disc is sold individually and is not trimmable.
