The 80-grit, medium-to-coarse ceramic grain is bonded to a rigid polyester (Y-weight) backing with a resin bond system engineered to maximize grain retention. A self-lubricating grain treatment reduces heat buildup during cutting, supporting faster stock removal rates without workpiece discoloration.

This disc is suited for weld blending, deburring, and rapid stock removal on 300 series and 400 series stainless steel.
