The NORTON 66261138681 is a coated quick-change abrasive disc engineered for aggressive stock removal on metal and wood surfaces. Part of the R860 Series, it features a zirconia alumina abrasive grain that is self-sharpening, extending disc life under heavy grinding loads. The 4-inch diameter disc mounts via a Speed-Lok TS (Type II / Type S) attaching system for fast tool-free changes on handheld disc sanders. Backed by a Y-weight polyester substrate rated to 15000 RPM, it is designed for rigid, high-pressure applications including weld blending, deburring, and surface conditioning. This disc is rated for use on 300 Series stainless steel, 400 Series stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, hard carbon steels, soft carbon steels, hard woods, and soft woods.
