The NORTON 66261138624 is a coated quick-change abrasive disc designed for aggressive stock removal, weld blending, and deburring on metal and wood surfaces. Built on a rigid Y-weight polyester backing, this 1.5-inch disc runs at up to 30,000 RPM and uses a Speed-Lok TS (Type II) attachment system for fast, tool-free disc changes on compatible handheld disc sanders. The zirconia alumina abrasive grain is self-sharpening, meaning it fractures during use to continuously expose fresh cutting edges. At 36 grit, this is a very coarse disc suited for fast material removal rather than finishing passes.
