The NORTON 66261043424 is a coated quick-change abrasive disc designed for aggressive material removal and surface finishing on metal. Part of the R980P Series, it uses 100% ceramic alumina grain that continuously fractures to expose sharper cutting edges during use. The Type S (Speed-Lok TS) attachment system mounts the disc to compatible handheld disc sanders without additional hardware. At 120 grit fine grade with a polyester Y-weight backing, this disc delivers controlled stock removal, weld blending, and deburring on stainless steel and other ferrous metals. Maximum rated speed is 20000 RPM. Each package contains one disc, sold in multiples of 25.

This disc is rated for use on 300 Series and 400 Series stainless steel, making it a practical choice for fabrication shops, maintenance trades, and field welders working with corrosion-resistant alloys.
