This wheel is intended for use on surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and CNC cutting tool machines in job shop and production environments. Wheel mounting and dressing should be performed by a qualified grinding machine operator following ANSI B11.9 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.215 standards. Before mounting, inspect the wheel for cracks using the ring test; do not mount a wheel that produces a dull thud. Ensure the machine spindle speed does not exceed the 1800 RPM maximum stamped on the wheel. Use properly sized, clean flange sets with blotters, and never force the wheel onto the arbor.
