Built on an aluminum oxide abrasive with a vitrified bond, this wheel delivers consistent stock removal and a controlled cut on a broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It measures 12 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick, with a 3-inch arbor hole, and is rated to a maximum of 2070 RPM. The 80-grit, K-hardness (medium grade) specification makes it well suited for moderate material removal where surface finish and dimensional accuracy both matter. Dress the wheel with an appropriate diamond dresser before the first grinding pass to true the face and expose fresh abrasive grain.
