Grinding wheel installation and dressing must be performed by qualified personnel following ANSI B11.9 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.215 safety standards. Always perform a ring test before mounting and confirm the machine spindle speed does not exceed the 3600 RPM maximum rating marked on the wheel. Power down and lock out the grinder before mounting or removing the wheel. Never force the wheel onto the arbor or use an adapter that alters the rated arbor hole size.
