Built with a ceramic abrasive grain and a vitrified bond, this wheel delivers consistent cut rates and extended wheel life in demanding grinding applications. It measures 7 inches in diameter, 1/2 inch thick, with a 1-1/4 inch arbor hole. The 100 grit, J hardness (fine grade, medium hardness rating) configuration suits finish and semi-finish grinding passes where surface quality matters. Rated to 3600 RPM, it fits standard surface grinder spindle configurations used in production and tool room environments.
This wheel is suited for use on CNC cutting tool machines, cylindrical grinders, and surface grinders in both production shop and tool room settings. Material compatibility includes 400 series stainless steel, hard carbon steels, tool steels, titanium, super alloys, cast iron, ductile iron, and gray iron. It is appropriate for applications requiring consistent stock removal on difficult-to-grind materials where a semi-friable ceramic grain is preferred over conventional aluminum oxide.

Never exceed the maximum rated RPM of 3600 and ensure the arbor hole fits the spindle without forcing.
