Grinding wheel mounting and dressing should be performed by a qualified operator following ANSI B11.9 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.215 general industry grinding standards. Power down and lock out the grinder before changing wheels. Never exceed the rated RPM, and always use properly sized flanges and a blotter between the flange and wheel face.
