The NORTON 66243522415 is a Type 1 straight surface grinding wheel designed for aggressive material removal on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive and a resinoid bond, this wheel carries a 24-grit, very coarse grade that cuts fast on hard and soft carbon steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, super alloys, and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper. At 3 inches in diameter and 3/8 inches thick with a 3/8-inch arbor hole, it fits compact ID grinders and flexible shaft grinders. This wheel is sized for use with flexible shaft grinders and ID grinders in both shop and field environments.
