The NORTON 63642595458 is a 2-inch ceramic alumina quick-change abrasive disc designed for aggressive stock removal, weld blending, and deburring on stainless steel and other ferrous materials. Part of the R980P series, it features 60-grit ceramic grain on a polyester-backed, orange-coated surface rated for up to 30,000 RPM. The resin bond system locks grain in place throughout the disc life, while the self-lubricating grain treatment reduces heat buildup during extended grinding passes. Licensed tradespeople and fabricators working on stainless steel finishing and weld prep rely on this disc for consistent cut rates.

This disc is engineered for use on 300 series and 400 series stainless steel applications.
