The NORTH 54001 is a full-face respirator constructed from elastomer and designed for use in environments requiring respiratory protection across the face, eyes, and nose. The facepiece features a threaded cartridge connection and a 4-point suspension system that distributes weight evenly across the head for secure, stable fit during extended wear. Compatible with both supplied-air (SAR) and powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) configurations, the 54001 is suited to demanding industrial and hazardous-material applications. Licensed HVAC, industrial hygiene, and general trades personnel working with chemical, particulate, or vapor hazards are the primary installers and users of this unit. Installation Notes

Donning and fit-testing should be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 respiratory protection requirements. Before each use, inspect the facepiece, suspension straps, and cartridge threads for damage or wear. Cartridges must be fully threaded and seated before the respirator is placed in service. Do not use this respirator in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) atmospheres unless connected to an approved supplied-air source.
