The Noritz EZ98DV-NG is an EZ Series residential condensing water heater with a 50-gallon capacity and a maximum BTU of 180,000, operating at 9.8 GPM and 120V, and includes an isolation valve kit. Designed with top-mounted connections, it accommodates various installation scenarios. The heat exchanger comes with a 25-year limited warranty.
