The NORGREN R07-100-RGEA is a miniature compressed air regulator designed to control and maintain downstream air pressure in pneumatic systems. Built on the R07 series platform, this regulator handles maximum supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers a maximum flow rate of 14 CFM through a 1/8 inch NPTF port. The zinc body construction keeps the unit compact and lightweight at 0.56 pounds, making it well suited for space-constrained installations. A built-in relief function vents downstream pressure when the setpoint is reduced, and an integrated gauge port allows direct pressure monitoring without additional fittings.
The R07-100-RGEA is used in industrial and light commercial pneumatic applications where precise, localized pressure regulation is required. Typical installations include point-of-use air tool stations, instrumentation panels, automated assembly equipment, and small pneumatic actuator circuits. The unit handles compressed air across a working pressure range of 5 to 50 psi and is rated for temperatures as low as -34 degrees F, making it functional in unheated enclosures and cold-environment service scenarios. Its miniature footprint is well matched to panel-mount and manifold-adjacent placements where full-size regulators would not fit.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature compressed air regulator for pneumatic systems using 1/8 inch NPTF connections and compressed air as the working fluid.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize the upstream supply line fully before removing or installing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to NPTF fittings and torque connections per the fitting manufacturer guidelines. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after installation before returning the system to service.
