The NORGREN M24470118 is a 90-degree swivel elbow push-to-connect tube fitting that transitions from push-to-connect tube connections to a male NPTF threaded port. Constructed from brass, it handles working pressures up to 150 psi and operates across a temperature range of 0 to 175 degrees F. The swivel design allows for rotational adjustment of the tube port after installation, simplifying routing in tight spaces. A nitrile O-ring provides a reliable seal at the threaded connection. This fitting is suited for pneumatic and general-purpose fluid control lines and is typically installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance mechanics working with compressed air or low-pressure fluid systems.
This fitting is designed for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid line applications where a 90-degree direction change is needed between a push-to-connect tube and a male NPTF threaded port. With a 1/8 inch tube outside diameter and 1/8 inch NPTF thread, it fits small-bore tubing runs common in control systems, instrumentation lines, and pneumatic actuator circuits. The compact overall length of 0.91 inches makes it practical in panel assemblies and confined manifold areas where space is limited.
Designed for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid control applications using 1/8 inch outside diameter tubing with 1/8 inch NPTF male threaded ports.
Depressurize and de-energize the system completely before installing or removing push-to-connect fittings. Thread the NPTF male end into the receiving port by hand first, then tighten with an appropriate wrench — avoid over-tightening brass fittings into threaded ports. Insert tubing fully until it bottoms out in the collet to ensure proper retention and seal. To release the tube, depress the collet ring evenly while pulling the tube straight out.
