The NORGREN 24-073-105-260 is a 2-piece filter/regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed for compressed air line conditioning in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Operating at up to 250 psi supply pressure with a 60 SCFM flow capacity, it filters particulates, regulates downstream pressure, and adds lubrication in a single modular assembly. The unit features a metal bowl with automatic drain, an integrated pressure gauge, a sight glass for lubricator level monitoring, and a 3/8 NPT port with modular connection capability. It is installed by mechanical or pneumatic systems technicians as part of an air preparation circuit upstream of pneumatic tools, actuators, and control equipment.
This FRL unit is suited for intermediate-duty compressed air applications in manufacturing, automation, and industrial maintenance environments. The modular design allows integration into multi-unit air preparation assemblies. The 3/8 NPT end connections are compatible with standard compressed air distribution lines. Typical installations include machine tool air supplies, assembly line pneumatic circuits, and facility air drops requiring consistent regulated, filtered, and lubricated output. Maximum operating temperature is 175 degrees F, making it appropriate for general plant environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation FRL unit for compressed air systems requiring 3/8 NPT intermediate-body air preparation components in the NORGREN Series 24 product line.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before servicing or installing any FRL component. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl facing downward to allow proper drain operation. Verify that downstream pressure settings and flow requirements are within the rated limits of this unit before returning the system to service.
