The NORGREN 120290200 is a Pneufit push-to-connect bulkhead union fitting designed for straight tube-to-tube connections in pneumatic systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts 5/32 inch OD tubing and uses an M10x1 thread for panel or bulkhead mounting. Rated to 260 psi maximum working pressure, it handles a wide service temperature range from -4 degrees F to 175 degrees F. With an overall length of 1.18 inches and a package weight of 0.04 pounds, this compact fitting suits space-constrained pneumatic control panels and equipment enclosures. Installation requires no tools on the tube side — tubing seats and locks with a single push.
This fitting is suited for general-purpose pneumatic plumbing where a tube line must pass through a panel wall or enclosure bulkhead without additional fittings on each side. It is commonly used in industrial automation, HVAC controls, and fluid-power systems where 5/32 inch OD tubing routes through equipment housings. The nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion in moderate-duty environments. The fitting also carries a vacuum rating of 29.5 in-Hg, making it appropriate for low-vacuum pneumatic circuits as well as positive-pressure lines.
Designed for general-purpose pneumatic systems using 5/32 inch OD tubing with M10x1 panel-mount thread. Suitable for use in positive-pressure pneumatic lines and low-vacuum circuits as specified by the NORGREN Pneufit product series.
Depressurize and lock out the pneumatic circuit before removing or installing any fittings. Thread the M10x1 body through the panel hole and secure with the supplied or appropriate locknut, torquing to panel-material requirements without over-tightening the fitting body. Cut tubing square and deburr the end before inserting into the push-to-connect collet to ensure a leak-free seal. A licensed mechanic or qualified pneumatic technician should verify line pressure does not exceed the 260 psi rated limit after installation.
