The NORGREN 11-104-001 is a feedback pilot compressed air regulator designed for precise downstream pressure control in industrial pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum, it accepts compressed air at supply pressures up to 400 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 5 to 105 psi. The feedback pilot design uses downstream pressure sensing to maintain accurate, stable output even as flow demand shifts. Maximum air flow is rated at 0.25 CFM. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is reduced, eliminating the need to manually bleed the line. This regulator is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and pneumatic system specialists.
The 11-104-001 fits into compressed air distribution and control systems where stable pilot pressure regulation is critical. The 1/4 inch NPTF port connections make it compatible with standard NPT pneumatic plumbing. The 1/8 inch gauge port thread allows an optional pressure gauge to be added at the installer's discretion, though no gauge is included. Typical applications include precision pneumatic control circuits, valve actuation systems, and process automation equipment operating in environments down to 0 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit regulator for pneumatic systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPTF feedback pilot regulator within the NORGREN Series 11-104 product family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or industrial pneumatic technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before removing or installing any regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to NPTF connections and verify all joints are leak-free before returning the system to pressure. Confirm the supply pressure does not exceed 400 psi and that the regulated output range of 5 to 105 psi is compatible with downstream equipment requirements before commissioning.
