The NORGREN 102471018 is a push-to-connect 90-degree swivel elbow adapter designed for tube-to-male BSPP connections in compressed air and fluid control systems. Built from nickel-plated brass, this fitting accepts a 10 mm outside diameter tube on the push-to-connect end and terminates in a 1/8 inch male BSPP thread on the other. The swivel design allows the threaded end to rotate after installation, simplifying alignment in tight or awkward plumbing runs. Rated to 260 psi maximum working pressure with a Nitrile O-ring seal, it is suited for pneumatic and light hydraulic lines where a reliable, leak-resistant 90-degree directional change is required.
This fitting is used in industrial pneumatic systems, machine tool plumbing, and fluid distribution manifolds wherever a compact 90-degree turn is needed between a push-to-connect tube line and a male BSPP threaded port. Typical install scenarios include panel-mount valves, solenoid valve bodies, and pneumatic cylinders that use BSPP ported connections. It is appropriate for both OEM assembly and field service applications. The operating temperature range of 0 degrees F to 175 degrees F makes it compatible with most indoor compressed air and process fluid environments.
Designed for use with 10 mm outside diameter push-to-connect tubing and components with 1/8 inch female BSPP threaded ports in pneumatic and fluid control systems.
Installation is typically performed by a pipefitter, pneumatic technician, or maintenance mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any fitting. Thread the male BSPP end into the port by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to the fitting body manufacturer specification using an appropriately sized wrench on the hex body only. After pressurizing the system, verify all connections for leaks before returning equipment to service.
