The NORGREN 100290600 is a push-to-connect bulkhead tube-to-tube fitting designed for routing pneumatic or fluid lines through panels, bulkheads, or enclosure walls. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it offers corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. The fitting features an M14x1.5 thread for secure panel mounting and accommodates 6 mm outside diameter tubing. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 260 psi and operates across a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 175 degrees F. The nitrile O-ring provides a reliable seal against air and compatible fluid media. Installation requires no special tools beyond standard hand tightening of the panel nut.
This bulkhead connector is suited for industrial pneumatic systems, fluid handling assemblies, and panel-mount plumbing runs where tubing must pass cleanly through a partition or enclosure wall. It is commonly found in compressed air distribution, control panel pneumatics, and light hydraulic circuit applications. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance technicians working with push-to-connect pneumatic systems are the typical end users.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect bulkhead fitting for pneumatic and fluid systems using 6 mm outside diameter tubing with M14x1.5 panel thread.
Depressurize and isolate the system completely before installing or removing this fitting. Insert tubing fully until it seats against the internal collet to ensure a leak-free connection. Secure the panel nut to the bulkhead by hand, then tighten to snug using appropriate wrenches without over-torquing the brass body. To release tubing, depress the collet ring before pulling the tube free.
