The NORGREN 03040322 is a manually operated, toggle-actuated directional control valve designed for compressed air and pneumatic circuit applications. Built around a packed spool design, it provides reliable, leak-resistant flow control through a 0.25-inch NPT outlet with a Cv rating of 0.34. The two-position lever mechanism allows a technician to manually shift flow states without an external power source, making it well suited for lockout points, bypass circuits, and manual override installations. Rated for operating temperatures from 32 degrees F to 158 degrees F, this valve handles standard industrial and light-commercial pneumatic service conditions. Weight is 1.25 pounds.
This valve is used in pneumatic control systems where manual flow isolation or diversion is required. Typical applications include compressed-air distribution panels, pneumatic actuator circuits, and maintenance bypass lines in industrial facilities, HVAC equipment rooms, and light manufacturing environments. The 0.25-inch NPT thread size fits standard quarter-inch pneumatic fittings and piping, simplifying integration into existing compressed-air infrastructure. The toggle actuator is well suited for installations where the valve state must be visually obvious at a glance.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install manually operated directional control valve for quarter-inch NPT pneumatic circuits in industrial, commercial, and HVAC compressed-air systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed-air supply before installing or replacing the valve. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to NPT threads and torque fittings according to fitting manufacturer guidelines. Verify the valve is in the correct position for the circuit before returning the system to service.
