The NORDIC PURE 8x16x1CustomM10+C-12 is a custom-cut, MERV 10 pleated air filter with activated carbon media, sized at a nominal 8x16x1 inches (actual: 7.5 x 15.5 x 0.75 inches). This filter is constructed from electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures airborne particulates while the carbon layer addresses odors. MERV 10 performance means capture of more than 85% of particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, household dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and baking flour. Sold as a 12-pack, this filter is designed for licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable DIYers servicing residential or light-commercial forced-air systems.

This filter fits custom-sized air handler and furnace return-air grille openings that do not correspond to standard nominal dimensions.
