The NORDIC PURE 28x34x1CustomM13+C-6 is a custom-made MERV 13 plus carbon pleated air filter designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioners. This filter ships as a 6-pack with an actual size of 27.75 x 33.75 x 0.75 inches - cut to those exact dimensions by hand. The MERV 13 rating captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and 50% to 70% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. The added carbon layer targets odors from smoke, cooking, and pets. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers install this filter as a direct drop-in replacement where the 28x34x1 nominal slot is present.

This filter is suited for residential single-family and multi-unit HVAC installations where the existing filter opening measures nominally 28 x 34 x 1 inches.
