The NORDIC PURE 27x27x1CustomM8+C-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 8 Plus Carbon pleated air filter designed for residential and light commercial AC and furnace systems. Each filter measures 26.5 x 26.5 x 0.75 inches actual size and ships in a 6-pack. Constructed from electrostatically charged synthetic media with an activated carbon layer, it captures airborne particulates while adsorbing odors in a single pass. MERV 8 filtration captures 70 to 85 percent of particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores. A reinforced 2-part frame provides structural integrity across the filter face. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers handling custom-size retrofits are the primary installers.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air gas furnaces, heat pumps, and split-system air handlers where a non-standard 27x27x1 nominal slot is present. The custom dimensions make it a direct fit for return-air grilles or filter cabinets that do not accept standard stocked sizes. Installation Notes
