The NORDIC PURE 25x28x1CustomM8-6 is a custom-cut MERV 8 pleated air filter designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning units. Rated at MERV 8 per ASHRAE standards, it captures 70 to 85 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores. The filter media is electrostatically charged to improve particle attraction and will not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface. This six-pack is hand-fabricated to the exact nominal dimensions of 25x28x1 inches, with an actual size of 24.5 x 27.5 x 0.75 inches.
