The NORDIC PURE 21.5x23.5x1CM12-3 is a MERV 12 pleated air filter designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including gas furnaces and central air conditioning units. Sold in a 3-pack, each filter measures 21.5 x 23.5 x 0.75 inches (actual size) with a nominal size of 21.5 x 23.5 x 1 inches. The electrostatically charged filter media captures lint, household dust, pollen, smoke particles, dust mites, pet dander, virus carriers, mold spores, bacteria, and other airborne contaminants. The media is hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and will not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface. The frame is constructed from heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board.
