The NORDIC PURE 20x35x2M14+C-3 is a pleated air filter rated MERV 14 with an integrated activated carbon layer, sold in a 3-pack. The filter media is made from electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures fine airborne particulates, while the flat activated carbon panel adsorbs odorous gases, VOCs, smoke, and vapors. The beverage board frame is moisture resistant, and a bonded metal mesh support grid keeps the pleats stable under load. The anti-microbial media inhibits bacteria and mold growth within the filter itself. Because of the high filtration efficiency, the HVAC system must be rated to handle MERV 14 or higher before installation.

This filter is designed for residential and commercial rooftop air handling units (RTUs) as well as high-efficiency forced-air systems that call for superior particulate and odor control. It is a direct replacement for Trane RTU applications requiring a 20x35x2 nominal filter. It suits any application where occupants have sensitivities to dust, pet dander, pollen, mold spores, or smoke, and where odor control is also a priority. Systems already running HEPA-grade filtration are well matched to this filter. Change interval is every 30 to 90 days depending on conditions.
