The NORDIC PURE 20x22x1PM10C-3 is a pleated MERV 10 Plus Carbon air filter designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. It combines a MERV 10-rated filtration layer fused with an activated carbon layer, giving it dual-action performance: mechanical filtration of airborne particulates and adsorption of odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The activated carbon material attracts and holds odor-causing gases while the permanently electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet for fine particles. The filter uses a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for structural integrity. Each box contains 3 filters.

This filter is suited for forced-air furnace and central air conditioning systems in residential homes and offices. It is a strong fit for environments where odor control is a priority alongside high particulate filtration - such as homes with pets, smokers, or recent renovation activity. The dual-layer construction captures lint, household dust, pollen, smoke particles, dust mites, pet dander, virus carriers, mold spores, bacteria, and allergens.
