The NORDIC PURE 20x20x1PM10C-2 is a dual-layer pleated air filter combining a MERV 10 filtration media fused with an activated carbon layer. Rated at MERV 10, it captures lint, household dust, pollen, smoke particles, dust mites, pet dander, virus carriers, mold spores, and allergens. The activated carbon layer adsorbs odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), delivering cleaner-smelling air with each pass. The fused dual-material design reduces flow restriction and increases surface area by 33 percent compared to single-layer media. This filter is installed by HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners in residential forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems.

This filter is suited for residential and light commercial forced-air HVAC systems where both particulate filtration and odor control are required.
