The NORDIC PURE 19x22x1ExactCustomM14-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 14 pleated air filter supplied in a 6-pack for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Each filter measures 19 x 22 x 0.75 inches actual size and is built around a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame. The electrostatically charged filter media captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and 75% to 95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. Filterable contaminants include lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, virus carriers, and smog. HVAC technicians and facility maintenance professionals install these filters in forced-air systems requiring high-efficiency particulate control.

This filter is appropriate for residential and commercial forced-air heating and cooling applications where superior indoor air quality is a priority. MERV 14 performance is comparable to filters rated MPR 2800 on manufacturer-specific scales. Because of the higher static pressure drop associated with MERV 14 media, the HVAC system must be rated to handle filters at this efficiency level. Nordic Pure recommends filter replacement every 1 to 3 months, with more frequent changes in homes with pets, allergy sufferers, or active construction.
