The NORDIC PURE 19x21x1ExactCustomM12+C-6 is a custom-cut, pleated AC and furnace air filter built to MERV 12 performance standards with an integrated carbon layer. It is designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems where standard nominal sizes do not fit the filter slot. The filter uses electrostatically charged synthetic media combined with activated carbon to capture airborne particulates and reduce odors in a single pass. At MERV 12, it captures over 90% of particles between 3 and 10 microns, and 80% to 90% of particles between 1 and 3 microns. This unit ships as a 6-pack and is installed by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable property owners familiar with their system filter dimensions.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems where the actual filter opening measures 19 inches by 21 inches by 0.75 inches. Because it is a custom exact-fit size, it is manufactured by cutting down or combining standard filter frames, which may include tape reinforcement at the seams. The 2-part reinforced frame is designed to maintain structural integrity and consistent airflow throughout the filter service life. Installation Notes
