The NORDIC PURE 18x22x1CustomM14-6 is a custom-cut pleated AC furnace air filter rated MERV 14, sold in a 6-pack. Nominal size is 18x22x1 inches with an actual size of 17.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches. The filter media is electrostatically charged to attract airborne particles and will not promote the growth of bacteria or mold. The heavy-duty beverage board frame is moisture resistant and built with a reinforced 2-part construction for added durability. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers install this filter in residential and commercial forced-air systems rated to handle MERV 14 filtration or higher.

This filter is suited for residential and commercial HVAC applications where high-efficiency particulate capture is required. At MERV 14, it captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and between 75% and 95% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, viruses, and smog.
