The NORDIC PURE 17x19x1ExactCustomM13-6 is a custom-cut, MERV 13 pleated air filter designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioners. Sold in a 6-pack, each filter measures 17 x 19 x 0.75 inches actual size. At MERV 13, the media captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and 50% to 70% of particles between 0.3 and 1 micron. The electrostatically charged pleated media traps lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers. The frame is built from moisture-resistant beverage board stock with a reinforced 2-part construction for added rigidity. Licensed HVAC technicians and trained service professionals install this filter in standard 1-inch filter slots.
