The dual-material construction fuses a MERV 12 electrostatic filtration media with a carbon layer to capture airborne particulates while also adsorbing odors, VOCs, and gaseous contaminants. The result is 33% more surface area compared to a standard single-layer pleated filter, with less airflow restriction. The nominal size is 16x24x1 inches with an actual size of 15.5 x 23.5 x 0.75 inches.
